Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.premakart.in We value your trust and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.

This policy applies to orders within India only.


Return Request Period

  • You must raise a return or complaint request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

A return or refund will be accepted only if:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels are intact.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue (mandatory).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, undergarments, and consumables may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Missing Items

  • If any product(s) are missing from your package, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video.
  • After verification, we will issue a refund or reshipment for the missing item(s).

Wrong Product / Exchange Requests

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs in such cases may be borne by the customer.

Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI as provided.

Important Notes

  • Courier Delays: Delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners are not eligible for refunds, but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customer Responsibility: Claims without an unboxing video or reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Final Approval: All return and refund requests are subject to final approval by Prema Enterprises after internal verification.
