Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies only to orders delivered within India.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Timelines

  • Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • Other States: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote / Out-of-Service Areas: Delivery timelines may be longer depending on courier partner serviceability

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, festive seasons, strikes, or natural disruptions.


Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners.

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.


Delivery Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and order value.

  • Exact delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website banners or offers.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at support@premakart.in.


Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times at the provided shipping address.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel:

    • The shipment will be returned to us.

    • For prepaid orders, re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree, the order value may be forfeited at the discretion of Prema Enterprises.

    • For COD orders, repeated delivery failures may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.


Our Courier Partners

We ship using reliable logistics providers including DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, India Post, and ATS. Courier selection depends on location and serviceability.


On Delivery

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.

  • If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

    • Refuse delivery or accept it with a remark as “Damaged”, and contact our support team on the same day.

  • Once delivery is accepted without remarks, claims for damage or shortage may not be entertained.


Bank Holidays & Non-Working Days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public/bank holidays.

  • Such orders will be processed on the next business day.
